First
Jeffrey was born in Lansing, Michigan and raised in the suburb of Okemos. Upon graduating from the Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama, he was cast in Shakespeare in the Park's Romeo and Juliet at the Delacorte Theater. He's gone on to appear in TV shows like Gossip Girl, White Collar, Damages, The Michael J. Fox Show, Blue Bloods, Limitless, The Blacklist, Gone, Elementary, Succession and Amazon's pilot The Interestings. His voiceovers can be heard in dozens of films and TV shows, including Netflix's Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon: The Sword of Destiny. He is a founding member of the theater collective Exit, Pursued by a Bear, a founding member of Fair Wage Onstage, and an elected councilor on Actors' Equity's National Council.

Jeffrey plays Kyle Parrish on NBCUniversal's new drama Gone starring Leven Rambin ("The Hunger Games"), Danny Pino ("Law & Order: SVU"), Andy Mientus ("Smash"), and Christopher Noth ("The Good Wife"). The series is based on Chelsea Cain's hit novel One Kick.
Gone tells the fictional story of Kit “Kick” Lannigan (Rambin), survivor of a famous child-abduction case, and Frank Booth (Noth), the FBI agent who rescued her. Determined never to fall victim again, Kick trains in martial arts and the use of firearms. She finds her calling when Booth persuades her to join a special task force he created dedicated to solving abductions and missing persons cases. Paired with former Army intelligence officer John Bishop, Kick brings her unique understanding of the mind of a predator.

Produced by the Public's Mobile Unit, the company toured New York City's five boroughs performing at community centers, homeless shelters, and prisons. Jeffrey joins the large ensemble that includes Lauren Ambrose ("Six Feet Under"), David Krumholtz ("Numb3rs"), Jessica Pare ("Mad Men"), Jessica Collins ("The Young and the Restless"), and Corey Cott (Broadway's Newsies and Gigi).
Based on the novel by Meg Wolitzer, the pilot is written by Nip/Tuck alums Lyn Greene and Richard Levine and directed by Mike Newell. It follows a group of friends who meet as teenagers at an arts camp in 1974 and stay connected over the next three decades.
Jeffrey will play Robert Takahashi, a young lawyer and love interest to Cott's Jonah. The rest of the cast includes Ed Squires, Sarah Mezzanotte, Katie Balen, Jance Enslin, Gabriel Ebert, and Matt Barr.

Jeffrey returned to Limitless on April 19 in part one of this season's two part finale. He plays the chief aide to Senator Eddie Morra (played by Bradley Cooper). Limitless also stars Jennifer Carpenter, and Jake McDorman.
